- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called for assistance. Was told that I had a "Bad" attitude and it would be hard to get anyone to "help" me with this attitude. I simply replied by stating that for a facility, which is designed to help veterans and provided counseling, I would be surprised if veterans calling them for help would be emulating rainbows and lollypops. In short, this facility is just another bureaucratic joke ridding the "We care about our Vets" motto, while in reality they only care about how to increase their funding and secure their jobs. What a waste and a dishonor to those of us who have served and actually reached out to get help, just to be told we have "Bad Attitudes". The one star is only given because I did not have a choice for no stars.By Paul Phillips, August 10, 2017
