  Being a resident of California, I found myself in the unfortunate predicament of having been injured in a traffic accident in St. George, Utah while visiting family who live there. Utah is a “no fault” state and California is not. Therefore I concluded that it would be in my best interest to retain, if at all possible, the services of an attorney who is familiar with the laws of both states… ideally, one who is a member of both Bar Associations. After some research (and perhaps a bit of heavenly guidance), I found Attorney David L. Altman. After speaking with him about my case and interviewing him about his legal bona fides, I asked Mr. Altman if he would agree to represent me. I’m happy to say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only is David Altman a highly skilled and supremely competent lawyer who has decades of experience in the practice of law in both Utah and California, he is a very caring and compassionate person who has always kept me updated with any new developments in my case and has never failed to promptly return a telephone call or an Email. The bottom line is this… if you have need of the services of an outstanding attorney-at-law, you would do well to consider David L. Altman as your top candidate. I did… and I can honestly say that I’m very glad of it.
