  I tried to add my new car to my policy for a week and got the run around. So I have cancel my policy and for the last two mouths they still have not canceled it. Ever since Brandon Price sold this farmers agency it has been a joke.

  It pains me to have to write a negative review for Farmers, as I was a, 'customer' under the former Agent. However, after he left things went downhill quickly. Like most service based businesses I patron, it really isn't about the service. It's about the relationships, and Farmers doesn't have the staff that is competent enough to maintain a relationship with me as they once did with the prior agent leadership. While in line at the DMV, I called the St. George office to get a single page fax for proof of insurance for the DMV worker. I waited for 15 minutes and received a 50 page fax not including the cover page (I am not exaggerating) not once...but twice. Over 100 pages that the DMV worker had to go through but still came up no-joy...just so I could register my vehicle. The finality of our relationship came 3 months ago, when the administrative staff failed to place the billing notice to occur via email...instead of snail mail, because I moved to Syracuse - a year ago, and continued to be a customer for a total of 2 years. Because of this failure, I decided to sever our service with farmers...and go back to USAA - the original insurance company I had before I switched because of a personal relationship established with the Agent who is no longer at the Farmers office it St. George. To be honest...I don't even know who the Agent is there - because unlike the previous agent, he has never called me, never sent me a letter thanking me for my business or attempted to make any attempt to contact me: Until he sent me a connections notice for 6 months of insurance that he never provided me. I now have to take time out of my day to fight this because I'm just not interested in speaking to anyone over there. I do not recommend anyone to this Agent. Farmers insurance isn't poor...but the effort this new agent has placed into maintaining the relationship that the last agent built is, as is the competency of the administrative staff.

  Zach helped me when I was in a real bind! He let me rant about everything that was going wrong and was there to help. I would definitely recommend Zach and/or work with him again
